Introduction to Trap Shooting $125
In this course, students will learn the basic rules and fundamentals of trap shooting. We will discuss and practice trap range rules and procedures. You will learn the flight path and trajectory of clay targets and learn to track and lead the clay targets to successfully shoot them. You will learn the basic knowledge, skills and attitude for the safe and proper use of a shotgun in shooting moving targets. This instruction includes in classroom discussion and hands on instruction on the range, learning to shoot pump action, hinge action and semi-automatic shotguns. Focus on getting new/novice shooters comfortable with different styles of shotguns and their safe operation. This course is recommended for individuals new to shooting or interested in purchasing a shotgun.

- Shotgun Shells (50)
- Eye and ear protection available
Please do not bring any firearms or ammunition to this class.
The goal is to get you comfortable with any style of shotgun and allow you to make an informed decision as to which style is right for you.
